I’ve been going to the office along with my family for over 10 years and never missed an apt. Recently my husband and one of my children came positive with Covid and i missed my apt again 1st time in 10 years and the dr and office assistance say that I’m no longer able to attend that eye dr office. Not only is Dr Palecoff touchy feely and flirtatious to say the least but i dealt with it because there are close to my house and i tend to stick with what i know and going to them for so many years i pushed it to the side! So now i can’t find another eye dr that accepts my insurance but the way the conduct business is obscured. I do not recommend this eye dr if he feels it’s ok to just shut people out and dismiss them after being a patient for over 10 years! Very unprofessional and rude! Worst experience I’ve had with a dr office ever in my life! Everyone has personal issues and they weren’t even willing to work with me under the circumstances of my family having Covid and me taking care of them as well as taking care of my own medical needs! If you’re a female beware because he has a way with words and gets too close for comfort if you ask me and i know I’m not the only one who’s experienced this! Good luck with your business because at the rate you’re going kicking ppl out and not rescheduling and refusing to work with patients that’s been coming there for 10 years you won’t have anyone left amd that’ll leave you with no patients at all! Very disappointed and upset with this situation!
