I had to take time off of work for this appointment since they are not open on weekends and their hours are exactly the same time I work. I filled out my paperwork online in advance of my appointment, but they did not have it when I arrived, so I had to fill it out again. I had an 8:40 appointment this morning and was not seen until almost 9:20. The staff was giggly and loud, which seemed out of place in the environment. After waiting for almost 40 minutes, it took all of about 20 minutes for the appointment. The doctor was fine. He was friendly and the eye exam was the best part of the experience. He showed me to the showroom once he was done and because I had waited so long before I saw him, I already had a pair for frames in mind. Thank goodness I did, because I would probably still be there if I was expecting service. And then it was 3 shy of 400 for my glasses with insurance. Ridiculous. If there was another place closer that accepted my insurance, I would go there, hands down. In fact, I might go somewhere else regardless, insurance be damned because it might be less expensive and certainly better service.

I have made appointment for Verrado location about 3 weeks in avance I call to make sure I get the time right before I go and they told me that they put me for Avondale location I said no I have appointment in Verrado I’m about 1 mile away they said that that’s we’re they put it because the dr is in the location OMG can’t not believe how they just move you around now I have to drive 30 minutes and take day off work. Not happy with the girls in front doing Scheduling

We have been a long time customer of vison wellness. I love everything about them. I love that their equipment is advanced and reallly love not having to do the eye ball blower. Dr Adam Lee is very nice and personable. The glasses selection was very nice one of the other reasons we will stay with vision wellness. We had a small issue with contacts being delivered but was taken care of by vison wellness quickly by giving us more free trials while we wait. I have a family of 4 in glasses and 1 in contacts. We will not be going anywhere else ever. Thank you for taking such great care of my family.

Needed to get my eyes checked, no specific reason, just hadn’t had a check up in a while. The staff was super friendly, the doctor was great. I did not end up needing anything and that was very refreshing. I will definitely be moving our family over for our eye needs.
