I was recommended to come here cuz one of the employees supposedly knows how to work with my hair type. After 3 visits, the last one was a definite deal-breaker. I've always gone to the guy with the beard that always wears a hat, and each time the experience wasn't better. Admittedly I should've pulled out references since they don't supply any and I figured he would understand that I wanted the sides short and hair long based on what I said, but not saying enough he takes the reins and gives me what he determines as a "fresh" cut. Knowing this I wanted to go in depth during my last visit to get it done the way I wanted it and even brought up how I maintained my hair which he hardly gave any responses to what I was saying, and before when I walked in I was ignored and sat down for a few minutes when about 2 workers were unoccupied. From my 2nd visit it was 30ish minutes til closing, same guy was there to cut my hair and I wanted a taper fade on the sides and he followed it well. But since we had more time and we weren't alone he was lazy and spent way more time adjusting my hair to the point it was unnecessary and the conversations inside the workplace; instead of checking up on me or see if it was even with sides and such. With all that time spent he was more messy and inaccurate since the sideburns weren't even (a mistake made too often in this area) and the top is choppy, I said to just taper my sides to which we agreed on 4 but he didn't seem to like the length on top, I responded to just even the top. That was enough for him to shorten it down to the point that the sides and top are pretty much the same length. Isn't being attentive to your customers a priority or just a side task in this business?

Took my boyfriend here to get his hair cut. Willow did an amazing job. It was exactly what my boyfriend wanted. He even took the time to show my boyfriend how to style his hair and what products to use. He was very knowledgable! Great prices and wonderful stylists! He's definitely going to Willow again!
Wilo is an amazing barber he takes hos time to make sure you get what you want. Ever since I went to him once I haven't gone to anyone else. If your in the military and get fades he has the best ones in cali. And he is good with a straight razor

Was never greeted when I walked in and just waited there about 15 minutes for someone to at least tell me how long the wait would be. Also kept getting dirty looks from one of the stylist so decided to find a nicer welcoming salon.
Busy place. Best if you make an appointment otherwise if you are a walk-in you are just ignored.
I had a good experience. My stylist I think her name was Ashley was very nice and professional. I am definitely going to go to them again.
