I wish I could give zero stars. My hair was butchered. I had long thick hair and it was thinned to oblivion and the “layers” were just steps in my hair. Horrible job. I had been coming here for 7 years and never coming back.

I'm originally from India.. I can not believe how unhygienic this place is during a bloody pandemic to say the least.. also very sloppy work on hair trims just a mess of my head literally went home my girlfriend had to clean it up..
My first time was just as salons could open & needed to return when the second Covid salon closure happened. My hair and my luck aren't running positively. The salon artist that cut my hair that one time was Jennifer & I'm so impressed with what she did! I told how I liked it & she not only listened to me, but heard me as well! It was not only perfect but understood where I am trying to go with it enough to influence the cut! I'm waiting for them to open again because I've chosen my go-to salon artist......and I didn't pay a fortune for a haircut I hated!!! The salon is in a nice area, very clean & very professional! This chain & their artists are underrated, as far as I'm concerned.
I have been wanting to write this review for the past couple months since the reopening after the lockdown. Before COVID I used to love going to this place. It was so great that I would always tip 20 for a single haircut. I always appreciated the friendly atmosphere. I even have a family of 6 that I would take here regularly. Along with all the other friends and family that I would recommend this place to. Ever since the lockdown happened and some of the original barbers left (Edgardo), the place has been pretty disappointing. The friendly greeting you receive when you first walk in is gone. The manager in particular, although she has cut my hair well in the past, is not a friendly lady. Not a single smile. I just got a haircut this past weekend and the first thing she told me to to was sit on the side. If I wasn't desperate for a quick cut I would have walked right out. I will not be visiting this location anymore. Send this to your CEO so he/she can revamp your operations.
Be careful with coming here. My daughter went in and got a kids haircut, which was uneven and I was highly upset because I had to fix it.

I walked in with my boyfriend because he wanted to get a hair cut and so did I. He went first and before I could even say anything I hear the woman say you can just wait outsidewith attitude before I can even say anything. Super rude. Could of ask me if I wanted something done.
