My husband and I have been living at Vista Point for three years now. One of the main reasons that we have stayed here this long is due to the fantastic maintenance staff. Chris, Ty, Bob and Adam do a fantastic job of maintaining the property and apartments. Chris always responds to all maintenance requests in my apartment right away. I never have to call twice. He is friendly, professional and can fix anything. Bob has recently joined the staff and he is also friendly and professional. He even plays with my dogs when he comes. They love him! Ty and Adam maintain the grounds and much more. Ty always has a smile and says hello whenever I see him. Patty, in the office is also wonderful. She is friendly, helpful and always takes the time to listen. Tammy and Winston are very helpful as well. The apartments aren't cheap. However, all of the above staff always go the extra mile to make sure that we are happy here. You don't find that type of service everywhere!
Top Notch maintenance department at Vista Point! Christopher swooped in in a flash to save the day for a leak under our kitchen sink in the early morning hours. He was extremely courteous, professional and thorough. Five stars is to little to give in this situation. Thank you Chris!
the bathroom stopper had broken and I didn’t want to lose something down the sink. not sure of what my options were, I decided to check my online tenant account and I saw i could submit a maintenance request online. the very next day someone came by and fixed the sink stopper! amazing service!
