AWESOME friendly fast competent knowledgeable and honest...what more can I say! I have known the owner (Bill Norris) and his assistant (Trish) for many years as they were the property managers for a condo I owned (and leased out) in Ventana Canyon. They were always there for me. And when it came time to sell my condo, they sold it in days for the asking price! I couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. HIGHLY recommended. Thanks guys! :)

I recently used Vista Point Properties to sale my Mom's house. Bill and Daniel were very helpful through all of the necessary steps. Bill was very knowledgeable of the Real Estate market, laws, and industry as a whole. The house was staged nicely and was under contract within 10 days of being listed. Vista Point Properties has manged my rental property for many, many years. They are amazing. I never had to worry about anything and repairs were done quickly and efficiently. When it came time to find a new tenant they were fast and I had no down time. Recently I decided to renovate my rental and sell it. Malea was amazing. It was fun to bounce ideas off her for the renovations. She gave excellent advice on the ROI. We worked as a team and when the house went on the market she had it sold in the first week. Throughout the sale process she was always accessible, fast and on top of everything. I signed sale documents while on a beach in New Zealand. Malea's knowledge and use of technology made this possible. I highly recommend her and Vista Point Properties.
