Vitality Vet is a very professional and attentive facility. Dr. Preston and Steve go the extra mile to make sure your pet and yourself feel comfortable with any procedure needed to be done. Such as mass removal, dental scaling, and the basic vaccinations. They also educate you on what’s going on with your pet and how to move forward. Clean facility. My dog Cali was treated with plenty of TLC. Would recommend to many!

As a pet owner of 5 cats, I am so grateful to have discovered Vitality Vet here in my own neighborhood. From estimate of care to picking up my pet, my recent experience was incomparable. I recently had to take my youngest cat in because she had been struggling with oral issues for quite some time. My team of Dr. Dasari, Amber, and Lyndsey took excellent care of her and really went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Dasari was so patient with my questions and knowledgeable about why she is having such issues at such a young age. Lyndsey and Amber were also so helpful and caring with my little girl! If you are looking for a veterinary family who cares about all animals, Vitality Vet is your place.

I hate to break the five star streak but I wasn’t satisfied with the service provided at all. I brought my dog in early March (way before the stay at home order) because I found a lump on her hip. The doctor quickly looked at my dog and decided a sample needed to be taken. Results would come on Monday and I would be called right away once they know what it is. After the doctor took the sample, he noted it wasn’t just fatty cells, so it might be something worse... After not having heard back from the vet by 3pm on Monday I called myself to be told that they she doesn’t know about the results. Tuesday I called again at 2pm to be told that the results are now there, but only a doctor could access them and they don’t had anyone there that day, but a doctor would call me Wednesday. On Wednesday, you can guess, I had to call again to make an appointment for the doctor to call me and give me the results over the phone. All of this wouldn’t have been a problem if the results wouldn’t have been delayed by 3 days for no obvious reason other than bad planning ... I won’t be back, given that I paid 150 for all of this, doesn’t seem to have saved me anything at all.

New place and I’ve loved it so far. The staff is great, doctor is friendly and good with my pup. They also provided good tips and recommendations as a new pup owner. I would definitely recommend them!
