What can i say? My wife ordered a brochette which was on the specials board, what came up was not what she ordered . i ordered à Salade César. Now i can understand the policy of Courtpaille offering a 'free' salad whilst waiting for your meal, but when you have already ordered a salad - it is not nescessary. We noticed other customers moving places during our (30 minuite) wait for our order When our order eventually arrived , my Salde Cesar came first of all without Bacon... so after complaining, it arrived with bacon, having delved into what was pre-packed, pre-washed salad there was no Chicken and very littlle sauce.....this however did not stop the multitude of flys (mouchés) who were intent in eating my salad before me - at any one time there was 5 or 6 flys on my salad. Having asked to be moved inside and complaning about the lack of Chicken, my salad (having been poked about by the manageress) eventually came back to me . by this time i gave up. On a positive note i did not pay for my course. Courtepaille Marignanne have a serious problem which needs to be adressed rapidly.

Business wise I visit a lot of restaurants, with ups and downs of course. This one is in the top 3 of WORST restaurants I've been. We ordered salmon which was still raw and the spare ribs should have a special marinade, which was only from the smell, absolutely not attractive to eat. We decided after 1 bite to stop and informed the crew about the quality. The manager was informed and with his back turned to us (he didn't dare to look at us) he ordered his crew to tell us to pay the full amount an leave. Undoubtedly an act of a desperate manager, knowing his quality of food delivery is far below acceptable. Shame.....

I don't always digest their food very well, which otherwise tastes good. It is well prived provided you are signed up for their monthly promotions. Staff are friendly but struggle to be available when it gets really busy. Children are well catered for with the colouring exercises which is a bit of a brainwave to be honest - more chain restaurants should follow this example.
