I recieved service for two modems I paid by the moth. When I left Italy went to the office to close account and asked to have auto payment (which took forever to get to work) cancelled. I ma still being charged for several moths and when I call to resolve they tell me there is no English speaking representatives, when I know there is I've talked to them, and just hang up on me, four times now. So I will have to all my cc company and have the block, meaning I will need to get a new card, very frustrating and rude !!
