Great atmosphere, all staff are friendly. Had my tattoo done by Jake his great and very friendly. Would go back within a heart beat. Place is very clean including toilet. I like how small it is because it feels very welcoming. Would defiantly recommend.

Disappointed. I won’t go into the details but I emailed their management concerning my experience which resulted in me not having a tattoo but they never got back to me. They can keep my deposit as I can’t see me returning under the circumstances. UPDATE: 3 weeks later still no sign on anything being resolved other than a feeble email from God knows who as they didn’t leave a name. I replied asking who it was that had written the mail and I’m still waiting for a reply. My guess is Vivid Ink have a PR person that addresses the negative reviews and promises resolutions so potential customers are impressed with their response, but realistically zero action is taken.
