Very poor service... No mobile number mentioned in the portal and wrong address provided in the portal. Customers unable to reach them. Very very worst service. Even they won't call to second number when primary is not reachable.

The worst thing is im searching for the EKART delivery centre in vzm to pick up my order.. Order had reached to EKART on 2days back. .. Still now i didnt get a call from the EKART delivery centre....
