As a new motorcycle rider looking to buy my first bike, I did a lot of research before deciding on which dealership to do business with. After my purchase at KTM last weekend, I can confirm that the experience truly lives up to all the positive reviews online. Suresh guided me through the entire process over the phone and answered all my questions about the bike I wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and made the process a breeze. He helped me get all my paperwork and insurance ready before I ever visited which made everything on the day of go smoothly. He also referred me to his colleague, who was kind enough to measure and fit me for a helmet and talk me through my options even though he was juggling several other customers on a busy day. I had a great experience at KTM and look forward to doing business with them in the future!

No one ever cares . No one will ever tell you about the bikes . He'll just sit in the chair and never gets up when a customer enters and leaves the showroom. And he will be like just watch and go . It is better to go to to vizag or gajuwaka to buy a KTM bike as i did . Owner :- ktm rc 200 (Note :- service center guy respect you more than the owner )

Worst customer service I've ever seen in a bike showroom They are not even telling about any specifications of bike or nothing It's a waste of time visiting VIZIANAGARAM KTM showroom the best thing to do is to visit any other KTM showroom
