Really nice stay. The staff are extremely helpful and did everything they could to facilitate my night shift and ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Highly recommend

Very nice place to spend few nights / days. Comfortable room, good food. Far from the city centre, but can stand it. Nice room service and reception assistance. Fully recommended.

I want to share my bad experience at this hotel. I booked this hotel for 4 nights together with my wife and 6-month baby to do sightseeing in the area (DenHague and Rotterdam). In the evening of the third day when we arrived at the hotel, the reception asked us to change our room and because the air conditioning was defective. I informed the reception that we would not use the air conditioning because of our baby and that it would be very time-consuming to change our room. After a long talk, the reception announced that some special guests absolutely wanted our room and that we had to get out of the room immediately. I checked the new room and complained that it smelled strongly of cigarettes and that there was no way I could sleep there with our baby. The receptionist informed us that we had no other choice. I insisted on staying in the old room and then we were kicked out by the reception from the hotel at 11pm with a baby.

The worth 4 stars hotel I've ever seen. Unfortunately in this Cronoavisrus situation most hotels were closed and we had to stay there. Horrible place. Unprofessional staff, most friendly, but some also arrogant. Rooms were dirty, dust everywhere. Breakfast packet was always wrong with random stuff, not what ordered. Launch packet was so poor with expired stuff. We found mold on some sandwiches!!! We stopped taking food there. I don't know who had to call to report that unsafe food in Holland. They keep saying people for social distancing, but they don't even clean the tables. Wi-Fi was so slow. The laundry was so aggressive with clothes. Horrible place.

Food and service was good. The only disappointing aspect was the small single beds in the twin bedded rooms

Disaster. On the reservation I had dinner and breakfast. You can have dinner until 11pm, but since I arrived at 9:40 pm, having checked in, I was guaranteed dinner without problems. I go upstairs to leave my suitcase and go back to dinner, I hear that the kitchen is closed at 9:50 pm. Out of this world. Staff not up to par. hoping for breakfast tomorrow morning.
