Just completed the most enjoyable experience we have ever had shopping/purchasing for a vehicle. We purchased a 2014 Buick Enclave from Dan and enjoyed the entire process. From the time we first stopped at the dealership we were met with friendly employees sensing a high level of integrity. They detailed the Enclave to the level of new. The owner even participated in the detailing and each employee treated us cordially. The deal was good, the vehicle great, and employee interaction equally pleasant. Purchased a car from Jack almost 2 years ago and still raving about the experience. Sale went smoothly and efficiently, no hidden fees or extra charges or high-pressure sales pitch. Customer service is unbeatable. Shortly after we purchased the car, we discovered a problem while driving back to Wisconsin from Missouri. We had a family emergency and had to be at a hospital in Madison from 6:00 a.m. until late that night. When I called Voegeli Service Department at 7:00 a.m., they agreed to handle the entire thing for us. Picked up the car at our house, fixed the problem (and went above the call of duty there, too), and returned the car home again so we didn't have to do a thing - all under warranty. Recently we were shopping for a truck and dealt with other dealerships and were surprised by the scams they try to pull. Such a difference! If there was ever any doubt, that experience has cemented our relationship with Voegeli Chevrolet forever!
