Hello I have Been paying for your Virtual PBX and my Business number has been ported by your Company VOIP unlimited You have been charging me to port this landline number but it has never worked from the outset and I have tried to setup the system through your online portal myself to no avail . I am not a SIP trunking technician and you should appreciate that I am not familiar with the user Interface and not able to configure your system. The Supply of Goods And Services Act aside I dont think its fair you are charging me for a service that has not been working from the outset . I would appreciate it if you could make my number operational and also reimburse me for the months you have charged me for the non existent Porting furthermore your app has never worked and keeps coming up with an error as I had hoped to use the softphone to port landline calls . I am sorry to have to write to you in the manner but it gets frustrating when I'm losing money and my customers are emailing me telling me my phone number is not working !
