I bought a car from them in November 2018. He asked me for upfront payment of 1000e to reserve a car and said it will be refunded right after I finish all the papers in my country. Long story short, it's been almost 2 years, countless messages and calls and I still didn't get my money back. Stay away from this seller!

Direct Club sro. - Strechy

Hello, In end of December 2019 we both VW Passat from them. Payed in full and also payed deposit of 2 t Euro. Bring car to Slovakia, registered and send all the documents for deposit return. And then problems started. They asked as numerous times to send it again and again. Filling loads of papers and all round again. Phone calls answered with arogant smiling with words \oh is it you again\ and hang up without saying anything. After numbers of phone calls finally they realized that, they should send us our money back. So finally after almost two months of their arogant funn, 10.02. 2020 arrived money. ABSOLUT DISASTER and Customer non service... NEVER AGAIN..
