Be cautious. I purchased a "Certified" vehicle that has a few mechanic issues arise since last November. I understand issues come up. What I don't understand is that I cannot get my vehicle in for service for over a month? How silly to purchase a "Certified" vehicle with a feeling that it should be prioritized when needing repairs or since its "Certified" issues should be minimal which unfortunately isn't the situation. Service Department has no sense of urgency with getting my issues resolved? Again, be cautious!

Very friendly staff. They immediately greeted me at the door, showed me to the parts counter. My part was there waiting for me all ready processed. We were happy to be in/out in matter of minutes. Upon leaving I noticed they had a rather large selection of new/used vehicles. Not even a minute after I stepped out of my vehicle there was a sales person there to answer any questions about the vehicle we were looking at. I'm not sure what the sales person name was, but he was on point. He knew exactly how many miles and owners the vehicle had. I was very impressed. We weren't car shopping but I know where I'm going if we do.

Since this business removed the Facebook post I did last night I decided to do post it here. Yesterday we purchased a used car from VW of Duluth. They supposedly did a "110 point inspection" on the car. We noticed that the drivers side window motor was not working after we got it home. We were told that the inspection showed nothing wrong with the vehicle. so when we called to ask him about having it fixed they told us that it would be over 360 to do. And that that was cost. these people are lowlifes and want to just sell vehicles and get a commission. They don't care if they lie or cheat to do it. Do not ever buy a used vehicle from this dealership. They are the epitome of the old adage slimy used car dealers.
