Recently bought a used vehicle at VW of Marion. Within 5 minutes of my initial call, Sarah had sent me an e-packet with Carfax report, service records, and the car's original brochure and window sticker. The next day, Cegan assisted me with arranging the test drive and Tyler went through the paperwork as quickly as anyone could have. There was one small cosmetic issue VW of Marion agreed to work on and it was repaired exceeding my expectations and at the scheduled time. I don't know what could have gone any smoother. There was no pressure at any point. This dealership is run right and I would definitely be willing to do business with them again.

Sarah Lay was absolutely the best! She dealt with my endless questions for two weeks, answered everything fully and responded via text within minutes. She went above and beyond what I expected. This has been the only time in my life where buying a car was pleasant. My car/color get complimented daily and my gas mileage is absurdly good. Don't waste your time looking at other brands, go to Sarah and get yourself a VW. Easily the best car I have ever own.
