I would rate it less then 0 stars. I don't recommend anyone to purchase anything from them. After I paid for a gaming chair, in 2-3 days it should have been delivered but after 10 days I was still waiting for the chair to be delivered. I contacted customer service 3 times (always getting the same answers that they are working on sending the chair with the courier service Fan courier), i sent the e-mails and didn't receive any response. After 10 days of the same lies and misdirection from them I told them to give my mobey back because I will never order anything from them again.

My recent experience with eMag was not great, but terrible. My package arrived after 35 days. Only after I announced that I was going to sue them, they start paying attention to the situation and deliver the product that I later returned being something other than what I ordered. I DO NOT recommend eMag!

As good as the partners they work with. The courier service (Sameday) they use has a 1.3 rating and that's how much Emag deserves for choosing such horrible partners. They know their products are getting lost, damaged or delivered only after hours spend by the customers trying to sort out their delivery themselves and do nothing about it.

Although they are the biggest in the region, with a huge range of product offerings, they seem to have big issues understanding the concept of customer experience. They falsely advertise same day deliveries, missleading their customers and not delivering on their promises. The customer's time is priceless. I do not care about a joke of a refund of 10 ron because you didn't delivered my product on time. I would have paid double the price for a honest delivery time. Shame on you EMAG!

eMag started to go down the slope by association with Same Day Couriers - the worst experience I had , waiting for my products almost 3 weeks and they still didn't delivered today. They don't answer the phone or they do but they tell you they are busy.. establish a delivery day with them and no one will answer the phone... Etc Probably another customer that will go somewhere else to do the shopping.

Worst online retailer in Romania. No one to ask for product information, they have no idea what they’re selling, they will charge you in minutes, and sometimes never deliver the product, because they simply don’t have it, or the courier busted it, but they never call to apologize or explain the situation, they charge you and just leave it at that. They take a long time to return amounts owed, worst services on the globe. They’re more like scammers than retailers.
