I had a great experience working with Ashley to purchase a new 2020 XC60 Inscription! She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the transaction. I was looking for an XC60 in white with all the options of the one on the Volvo Lisle lot and Ashley worked with me via email and phone to come up with a very fair deal for that SUV. We were able to complete the deal long distance as I am out of state and Ashley made the entire transaction seamless along with Jennifer the finance manager. I had a lot of questions and they were both very patient and responded to me very quickly even thought they are very busy. And when I flew into O'Hare to pick it up Ashley arranged for Juan, one of their porters, to pick me up and drive me over to the dealership. So thank you BIG time to Ashley, Jennifer and Juan for a great car-buying experience!
