The service that I experienced here was truly a breath of fresh air for a car dealership. Having made no appointment, I turned up at the dealer looking for a test drive - I was able to find help quickly in the showroom and all the staff were great. The quality of service I received from Phillip was outstanding. Completely understanding of my needs, brilliantly knowledgable about the product range, honest and friendly. A pleasant test drive too, with good explanations of various features in the car. From what I understand, these guys are part of the same group as the Audi dealer down the road and are on the site that Audi used to be - however the service difference is night and day. The guys down at the Audi showroom can learn a thing or two about customer service from these guys. Ultimately I decided I didn’t need an SUV type vehicle, however should my needs change in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to visit these guys again to buy a new car. Fantastic.

I have just picked up our new car Volvo V60 R Design Pro, and I have to say that me and my wife are absolutely delighted with the car and the service provided by Volvo cars Poole, and in particular Marc Walby. From my initial contact with the dealership, we had a very quick response to our enquiry and quickly managed to get a fantastic deal on our new car. We had a few extras added to the car which were all sorted in good time prior to collection, and on the day of collection the weather was terrible so the car was brought into the garage so we could see it properly and out of the elements!! The car looked absolutely stunning and cannot recommend Volvo car Poole enough, I know it’s a few years away, but will definitely be back for my replacement car, and I’m trying to convince my wife she needs a Volvo V40! Thank you Volvo cars Poole for a fantastic car, customer service, and making me feel like a valued customer.
