Alamo Sun Dried Beef sells the best dried beef in Texas. The taste is great and you can combine it with almost everything. Usually, I cook myself an omelette in the mornings and it is delicious and healthy. MUST TRY!!!

Great authentic machacado! Totslly!. I have not found anything with this quality and flavor in Texas. We used it to make breakfast tacos on flour tortillas (homade) with diced tomatoes, onions and dried serrano peppers.
