What a terrible service for a private hospital. No sense of urgency. Poor communication. No professionalism. Under this covid 19 pandemic, l expected a speedy service from a private hospital.

This hospital is almost a public hospital. The staff does not treat you great just OK, and the food is bad. Covid testing supplies always out of stock. Rather go to a proper private hospital do not waste your medical aid.

The service is bad, I arrived here yesterday which was on the 2nd of January 2021 at 15:30 and was attended by a night shift doctor at 20:00 just imagine. I left this place still in pains without my results at 22:00 because honestly I was so emotionally and physically tired. I would never recommend anyone to this hospital, I mean what is the purpose of us paying... It's exhausting and unprofessional. Today I came back for my results which is on the 3rd of January 2021 and am still waiting, it's over an hour just for results
