I don't usually write reviews but I've been so blown away by our experience with Vospers that I just had to write something! Nick and his team have been superb from start to finish. Everything was made simple for us to understand, we were given regular updates throughout and feedback/guidance was clear. Highly recommended especially if you're a young family with a hectic lives. Having everything made simple was a godsend! Outstanding Surveyors!

We used Vospers to complete a full building survey on a property we purchased in April 2020. The survey failed to identify numerous and serious defects which should have been easily identifiable by a professional surveyor, and were problems we had paid for a RICS firm to make us aware of prior to exchanging contracts on the property. For example: The survey reported that the bathroom was in good working order, however the shower was in a state of complete disrepair, had no power and no hot water and required immediate replacement. The bath had no cold water supply due to a broken thermostatic mixer. Behind and under the freestanding shower was extensive mould and mushrooms growing in missing tiles and grout. All which had be taken out and refitted. A complete bathroom refit is a cost one does not want unexpectedly. The survey reported that the brickwork of the property was in sound condition, however at eye level on the ground floor it is apparent that the property requires extensive repointing. There were also bees living within the cavity walls accessing it through the missing pointing. The survey made no mention of approximately 6 tonnes of rubbish and rubble piled in the garden which we had to have removed. The survey failed to identify a large and established wasps nest in the loft. The survey did not identify that ivy had grown through the main structure of the garage causing extensive damage. I could go on, but these are exactly the types of issue we had paid nearly 1000 to have identified, and the report is not worth the paper it is written on. We have been trying to solicit a response from Vospers since May 2020, and are still chasing in February 2021. Avoid this company, they provide a substandard service and then promptly ignore you once they have been paid.

Excellent service and great communication through out from the team at Vospers. We had our survey booked for the 5th Feb and received our report on 10th feb, before expected date. They managed to do this is a lockdown, which we are very very happy with. Our surveyor got back to us very quickly regarding our query, and was very helpful. Thank you to Kellie who has always there and replied very quickly when we had something to ask. Thank you to out surveyor Kat for an excellent report. Worth the money!! I am glad we chose Vospers for our Homebuyers Report.
