Yes Edmund Theil is a very nice and pleasant guy who goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is excellent in his profession and he make everyone here so happy. He waits for clients who can't make it during the hours and shows them apartments and this is called dedication. He has filled alot of units here. Yes he is a keeper and like I said before this place is looking beautiful and the people are happy and we all love him and Leslie being here. Thank you.

I am in the military, I move around a lot and I’ve lived in many places but vPoint by far has exceeded my expectations when it comes to being a military friendly community. I haven’t seen any reviews here for military but if you are in the military you’d definitely enjoy living here, this place has updated kitchens, bathrooms and hardwood floors, it is walking distance to the metro, restaurants and shops. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with, the leasing manager Leslie is the best leasing manager I’ve ever worked with, from the application process to moving in she made moving in a breeze. She is kind, professional and respectful, she would send follow up emails after moving in to make sure everything in the apartment was working right. Favio the office assistant is always there to answer any questions I’ve had or help me with any issues. They could have not gotten a better team to work the leasing office, I’ve read other reviews about old management but this new management is Definitely a five star staff.

I have been living here almost 3 years. It has been an amazing experience. The building is always clean and it is managed well. Also, everyone is so friendly. If you have any problems, they will help you immediately. Mayra is always helpful answering all our questions.
