I am very disappointed in HiQ Vredenburg. I went there to replace 4 tyres. When I went to go fetch my car, I saw that they scratched my 2 rims. I have shown the scratches to the guy and they took my name, number and said they will contact me. A few days past and I havent heard from them and decided to go back to them. They then said that it wasn't them. The guy that I spoke to was not there so I asked them to tell him to contact me, I am still waiting for them to contact me after a week. Never will I do anything at HiQ Vredenburg again.

After running into a terrible experience at 4 Wheel Alignment I decided to rather try Hi-Q and what a friendly bunch. I've visited them a few times now and every time the service is just getting better and better, this is from right at the top to the very bottom. Yesterday I've asked them to check a loose cover and they've done it with so much zeal, fixed it, didn't charge me a cent and a handshake from the guy in-charge. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS AND SHOW OTHER BUSINESSES HOW IT"S DONE.

They did our wheel alignment and fixed our wheel. They give excellent service to their customer but the only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because it is located in an area where u can't do anything to let time fly but great service thx.

What a fantastic experience thanks to GILBERT and CHRIS. They were efficient and very friendly.we had to have new front tires put on our camper van nothing was too much trouble for them .I would recommend Hi-Q to anybody anytime
