Worst service ever, went to the store to purchase a machine that was on special (dated from 19 Nov - 13 Jan), i showed one of the staff members that I've seen the special online and i would like to purchase the machine, she argues with us that it's not the one i saw, the staff member then calls the area manager asking about it and area manager refuses to sell the machine that we have seen on the website and told us to purchase online, we went home and decided to purchase online and calling the online help service and after being told that the store should sell the machine to us as it is for the price we saw and that the lady looked at the wrong item, we went back to the store and told the staff member that she should look properly for the item online that it is online for the same price we saw and she then admit that she didn't see it as she didn't scroll down, she then said they don't have stock and we asked that they should get stock from another store and she took my details and would call me back the next morning becasue there was supposedly stock, i waited nearly a whole day for them to call back and nothing. I then called and only to find out that the lady that helped me the day before was not working the next day and didn't bother to let us know, i then spoke to another lady and she then said she was going to hear from area manager and after waiting for a while, the lady told me that area manager said they can't get in stock because no other store has stock where i was told that a branch in Cape Town had, they then told me to purchase the machine online and i went online and not even to my surprise the item was completely out of stock, what a waste of time, the worst service ever and they not even bothered whether i purchased the machine or not, PATHETIC!!!!!!
