What horrible telephone etiquette. I called this place this morning for a windscreen replacement. I asked whether it could be done today and before I could even say "or tomorrow" this person just kept yelling NO! Compared to the service in Cape Town, this is beyond disappointing. I sincerely hope you treat others better, but I will definitely not be calling you again.
Waste my time
Have to wait several days just to recieve a siple quote. Had to phone twice and go into their shop to personally go ask for the quote. Stil haven't recieved anything. Face to face they are profesional but when you leave all that dissapears.
