We love shopping at WW in Vredenburg and Langebaan, although some of the prices have become ridiculous. Yesterday I was looking for a plain white long sleeve shirt at the Vredenburg branch ... no stock on the shelves, and the lady kindly found my size in the storeroom. However, the shirt looked as it is had been worn before! Unsealed and torn packaging, the shirt not even folded. I asked the lady at management if they could do something about the price, the product being shop soiled and the answer was a plain NO ... So much for my liking of their quality!

Positives, well it is exactly what you would expect. Clean, neat, great variety and the same old boring perfect experience. Only gripe is that their Customer Service standard appears to have dropped a tad. From my experience over the years, Woolies was always great because when you stared too long at a shelf, out of nowhere, someone would approach you and ask to assist, and then they would accompany you to the item you were looking for. Always loved that. Nowadays, you're kinda left on your own to wonder the isles aimlessly in the hope of finding what you looking for. Unless you abandon that quest in the hope of finding someone who can assist you. But other than that, its actually boring how Woolworths have maintained their level of excellence in quality and store layout.

This is a good solid Woolies with a solid clothing section. The homewares and grocery section aren't quite as impressive as other locations and the grocery section isn't a good as the Woolies in Langebaan, Laguna Mall. Still, this is a solid location.
