I visited the hospital 2 times.At first visit i met Dr. Parthvi on sunday as i had an emergency as my 10 months old daughter had an throat infection . She treated my daughter well and she also got cure through medicines.( also listern us very calmly). On very next saturday my daughter felt discomfort with her ear and on her right hand we found some strange white tone so i thought lets visit the hospital to clear the doubts so i visited the hospital and met Dr. Navin after waiting of 45 minutes. Dr Navin checked my daughter’s ear and gave medicines meanwhile due to ear checking my daughter started crying due to pain and after that doctor was not showing interest to my another questions about right hand white tone and without checking hand he said it is a birth mark and I requested him to check the hand again as we never seen it before . After our request he checked my daughter ‘s hand . There were two doctors, one lady doctor was there she was also rude and they both were disinterested to listern my other doubts and trying to get us out from the room so they can call the next patients to clear the rush. They didnt give a chance to sit and talk for a minute to clear my doubts and not asked for any long discussion. Too much I mean you charged Rs. 400 for old case and you dnt have 4 mintes to check a child and listern to parent’s doubts . It is like you charged Rs. 400 per doubts.
