No real customer service unfortunately - Dealer Principal promises to contact, to no avail. Same story with the sales Rep. It's not like I was buying a bag of peanuts..it's a car for heaven's sake! Love Toyota as a Brand, but bad taste has been left in the mouth after my experience sad to say...
Amazing service from them, they response quickly and they are very quick to get thing sorter out. I bought a bakkie from them and two days later they delivered from Vryburg to me (400 km later). I will highly recommend them. Thanks Kevin van der Walt.
They are not interested in customer service. Visit there showroom but nobody available to assist.
