Had cold and very dry chicken yesterday. Very disappointed. Only realized when I was 15 km away from the shop.
What a shameful experience I had with the service delivery of the employees. Firstly the meal I wanted (boxmaster meal) comes with a cool drink but I was told they dont have those cups that go with the drinks so I have to buy drinks on the side (buddy) and still pay the full price for the meal or else I dont get the drink but still pay for the full meal, I asked if there were cold ones since the ones I was given were warm but no there weren't any cold buddies. I honestly felt robbed of my money Then the lady who was packing my food. I left with my food in a packet half torn and was told to pack the food myself after I raised a concern to the employee to please give me another pack as this one is torn. She threw the packet on top of my food and I asked if she implies that I should pack it myself...her response was quicker than a blink of an eye "Yes pack it yourself"...ahhh "you guys are unbelievable" was my response to them in complete shock! I walked away absolutely flabbergasted!!
I went to buy a bucket for one and there was no soda drink .Why run out of stock and on a Sunday if all days???Talk about stock control does it mean anything in this store.Im getting fed up now .Do we have people in the correct places here.This is not the first time.The other time they ran out of chicken
They didn't have what we wanted. We ordered 3 different food in they menu and they didn't have any. Very disappointed.
