The front desk staff, Sydnie and Kylah, has been super nice and understanding. I had a nightmare random roommate and they helped me a lot. One of the girls helped me move all my things out in less than 2 hours and was able to relocate to a different room. Rhonda, the new manager, has truly been an amazing manager. I requested for a fan to be installed into my room and Rhonda ordered a new fan for my room and in less than a week, it was installed. Jessie is one of the maintenance men, and he always fixes things in my apartment very quickly, almost always within hours. One time I put in a request and he showed up 10 minutes later! Carlos is also one of the maintenance men, and both Jessie and Carlos have always fixed things and answered questions about my apartment when I didn't know how to do something. Gerald keeps the apartment complex clean and is so nice and sweet to talk to whenever I pass him in the halls. Overall, I love the staff and I resigned with them again!

I was very excited to move into the Vue on move in day. However, when we showed up, I quickly noticed a lot of red flags. They were still painting main areas on move in day, the pool furniture did not make it in time, fire pits that we were promised as an amenity just did not work. The fire pits, that I was very excited about were soon removed because the Vue was too lazy to properly hook them up and get them to work. The pool has been leaking into the garage since Day 1, and has yet to be fixed. The pool deck has been slowly ripped up throughout the entire time I have lived here, and now they have even gone as far to rip the railings off. All of the deck palates and railings have now been moved right outside of my balcony, so my view is quite unattractive now. Along with all of these constructional issues, the printer never works which is very frustrating, and the wifi (promised to be 5G as part of \higher student living\) goes in and out a lot of the times, and I have to reconnect my TV to it every time I turn the TV on. Our dryer takes 2-3 60 minute cycles just to dry a load of laundry. The manager named Jerika is VERY unfriendly, and always very harsh and ignorant on the phone. She does not have any sympathy for all of the issues going on here, and it is almost to the point where she makes me feel guilty for having these problems. Finally, the air filters in our HVAC system have never been changed and they are actually BLACK, so i suppose we have been lied to in the emails saying they are being changed. The hot water runs out quite often and throughout my time here at the Vue I have found that i've taken at least 10 cold showers/baths. Last but not least, both my front door, and balcony door are broken and very hard to shut/open. And there is so much water damage in various places around the vue because it is so poorly built. I would not recommend living at the Vue at all. The prices are NOT worth what you get.
Madison and Kyla were the absolute best! They are seriously so helpful and really know what they are talking about! Every-time we called they were very willing to help and always have the answers to all of our questions. Thank you so much! - Olivia and Alyssa
Love living here! Just signed my lease to live here next year in a bigger room with my best friends and couldn’t be more excited. The amenities are so great and make it worth living here. Love the location and garage parking. Staff is excellent as well.
