The say that they repair your phone with the official products of for example Apple, but it turns out to be cheap Chinese stuff. Their price is also far too high. Amac does screen repairs for a price of 380 (iPhone XS Max) and SmartphonePoint charges a price of 415. Overall SmartphonePoint charges too much and sells fake apple products. I wouldn’t recommend this store for your phone repairs.

I cannot recommend you to use this company. Whilst repairing my Ipad screen they broke the home button & promised to pay a refund & the cost of the repair. It has taken 3 months and constant visits / calls to get the refund - however only received the cost for the Ipad. Calls and text messages & promises were often un-answered and broken - completely frustrated at the lack of customer service
