Extremely disappointed with quality and service. Products missing on delivery. Water filled window panel, and a door that leaks from its glass window . Have contacted on several occasions put no joy in receiving the replacement glass or lock that is missing from order. Would not reccomend.

Just had a Conservatory/ garden room built by Vulcan in these very difficult times and I was impressed by every member of the Vucan team from start to finish. The professionalism of every person working was outstanding it was obvious that every one had pride in their work and dedicated to give the best product.
Do not read the negative reviews, they fitted a very large door on my mother's house and the job was very professional and perfect in every way. The fitters work was completed to a high standard.
Got vulcan windows in my new house there 5 years old and there falling to bits with gaps and drafts all over the house, we're looking to change the hole lot avoid and pay a bit more for quality
I had my new double glazed windows and doors fitted just over two weeks ago. I thought Id live with them a little before writing a review to give a better recommendation. I must say I'm absolutely thrilled with them. Vulcan were first class from beginning to end. The sales man (Kevin) was professional, not pushy but helpful and efficient. He talked through all our options and made suggestions where necessary but was able to accommodate all our needs. A few days after we had signed up we had the surveyor (John) visit who again was very good. He measured up and we made a couple of adjustments down to which side we wanted handles fitted to the addition of trickle vents in the bathroom. Within 6 weeks we had a date for fitting. The fitters Lee and Rich had a fair trip from Hull to Scarborough but were always on time and grafted so hard. They fitted 12 windows and 2 doors in three days and were amazingly clean and tidy and did a brilliant job. One of the doors was a bit of a challenge but they dealt with the issues in a faultless no hassle manner. They even put a vac round in the bedroom and swept up outside. I would have no hesitation in saying if you want a first class job done by brilliant staff using quality materials then look no further. Get Vulcan out - you wont be disappointed.
