I had googled lymphatic drainage massage and found Vytal Bodyworks. I went this past Friday and did the compression suit. It was amazing! I actually fell asleep for a good portion of the hour! My appointment was with Nancy and she was awesome too... Very informative and very helpful! I will most definitely go again but my next appointment will probably be an actual massage.

Firstly, the place is warm and welcoming which made a great 1st impression. I received a massage and the specialist Nancy was so knowledgeable about the body and how the muscles align. I walked in limping and left walking normal. The service was amazing!

After two lymphatic therapy appts, I barely notice my hot flashes anymore and I'm sleeping through the night. Before the lymphatic therapy, I was waking up every couple of hours with the hot flashes. It's amazing, because the reason I went for lymphatic therapy was post surgical to help with inflammation and swelling in my leg. After each appt I feel better and it's easier for me to move around. Thanks to Nancy, I'm not only feeling better post surgery, but the unexpected relief from hot flashes has been incredible!
