The staff member at the Postnord counter was very rude and was not service minded at all. He dismissed me when asking if he could search with my parcel number when the four digits did not work. He might be new at this workplace because he said no, and I know for a fact you can do this kind of search in the system. If he would have done the search he would have seen that my parcel was somewhere else and not at Myway as it should have been...
