it's impossible to reach them by their phone number. I tried to call them many times during working days but nobody answered me. unprofessional customer service. Also I booked a Mercedes and ended up having a Golf. additionally I tried to extend my rental agreement but no body responded to me neither on the phone nor e-mail. I called Avis Stockholm in order to do that. overall I don't recommend anybody to use Avis in Vaxjo
