Super friendly Staff Although Covid Pandemic!! They always smiled to me. Very Delicious breakfast. The menu is no different from other hotels, but it was excellent in quality. The antique atmosphere of the castle, the traces of time, were all good. The lake, the trees, the park. Everything was good. This hotel is unforgettable!!

A great hotel and a great place to have a party. We had our wedding here and it was amazing. The staff and the place are giving extremely much, and they are willing to help down to the tiniest of details. It a place well recommended. And if you don’t have the time to stay long just try to be there at afternoon tea.
Beautiful little castle in what feels like the middle of the city. Suddenly you are in the typical Swedish countryside with woods and lakes. Great for taking a walk and getting some food at either the castle or the lakeside pub. Will definitely have to go again and stay for lunch. Food options seem reasonable priced.
So this is a super cool place to stay. The castle and it’s surroundings are amazing. No doubt about it. But the level and quality of the hotel stay is mediocre at best. It’s not worth the money simply put. Reception and service is at most 2,5/5. I think I saw one smile! You get friendlier and more professional attitude at the local gas station. Room in the annex are clean. Except for the windows that are barely see through. Never seen so much spider web before! The room lacks pretty much every convenience. No refrigerator. No closet. Not ONE hanger! So the room is at best a 2/5. Breakfast was very good and set in the actual castle with a very nice atmosphere. They serve it in a veeeery short time frame though. Dinner at the castle was nice but way too expensive for its quality. It’s decent food and the wine was ok. Nothing to write home about. Service was ok but again. Much less than you would expect from the price and the exterior.
