Unglaublich Ärgerlich! Ich habe die Hälfte meiner neuen Wohnung mit Möbelix eingerichtet, jetzt sind sie mit einer einfachen Reklamation einer Kaffeemaschine überfordert. Jedenfalls weiß ich, dass ich die andere Hälfte keinesfalls mehr mit Möbeln von diesem Laden ausstatten werde! Der Kundendienst lässt einen genauso hängen wie das Filialpersonal selbst. Ich warte vergeblich auf einen Rückruf von einer Dame aus dem Kundendienst sowie von Herrn Fischer dem angeblichen Filialleiter in Vöcklabruck. Danke für nichts, 400 beim Teufel, dafür jede Menge Ärger!
