W1 Office provide a great cost effective service to our business. The answering service is quick and reliable, we very rarely have any problems with message forwarding. All our new staff members are added promptly enabling them to be up and running with our phone line very quickly. The mail forwarding service is also very reliable. I've found the service fine and when I signed up the rates were competitive. I feel it'd be better value for me if I got more post but most of my business is done via email. Not their fault!! My only comment is that when I signed up they said they'd try to uphold the illusion that I was based there if someone popped in with a letter but when my partner dropped in as he was passing he really didn't get that impression!

I haven't had any problems with my account so far, and when I have spoken to the office staff to make payment they have been polite and friendly. My business benefits from the Central London address, and no other provider in the locality has been able to get my business mail to my home address so cost effectively.
