They replaced my screen in a month. Half of the screen stopped working after 3 months. The warranty process lasted next 2 months and they found that they still can not find part for this model what was not truth, because in other place guy replaced it in 3 days. Lack of professionalism - I advise you to avoid this place with a wide berth.

Erg klantvriendelijk maar niet helemaal eerlijk. Een note 9 laten repareren, i.v.m. een defect scherm. Waarbij de pen is vervangen voor een namaak. Twee maal terug geweest maar deze zou besteld en bezorgd worden. Nooit iets gehoord of gezien. Als er al moeilijk wordt gedaan over een pen a 20 euro. Is het af te vragen of de rest wel eerlijk verloopt. Voor mij in de toekomst helaas een no-go. @GSM Waalwijk, mijn vriendin is bij jullie geweest in de zomer van 2019. Mocht je toch nog tot een oplossing willen komen dan kun je me bereiken via een e-mail.
