Purchased a Fleetwood Home through Palm Harbor. Worst mistake of my life. This has been a NIGHTMARE. Waiting to be put on the schedule to finish the inside after set up. Can take 7 working days or more just to have a work order issued. Then how long?? You guessed it, no one knows. There are more important people to take care of. It has been lie after lie. If you say you are going to call someone on a specific day, keep your word and call them. If you want customer service and to be treated as a valued consumer, this IS NOT the company to count on. To make things better....i have been trying to reach customer service for 2 days. They don't answer, always goes to voicemail.

I am so so disappointed with the service from Fleetwood. It took 3 months from when my house was handed over to get any of the missing work done. My biggest concern was my front door not closing properly. The face that they didn't take that as a serious hazard really concerned me. I had to constantly call back and ask and check in to see if anyone was coming out here. I've left several voicemails and no one reached back out to me. Even the manager or whomever was next in charge didn't care. He just gave me a contractor's number and told me to call him. Didn't apologize nothing. This isn't some toy I bought and it was broken, this is my house. This is where I live and the lack of concern they had was extremely unpleasant.

Their factory crew do not care about their work. Simple details. Everywhere I look I see something and think........really? Would it have been too much to take your time on caulking? Is it too much to make sure lines are straight and things are level? Do they get paid enough?? Our home wasn't even equipped with trim out materials as it should have been. Take pride in your job. Pay attention.

Where does one even start? I ordered a double wide in 2018, horrible is all I can say. They built the two halves different so the house did not fit together properly. So now after two years of fighting with Fleetwood, the retailer and the installer it looks as though I am stuck with home that the ends do not line up. Not only that, horrible craftsmanship throughout the house. I have plenty of pictures to back up what I am saying. Avoid Fleetwood products at all cos .

The decking is particle board, the studs are 1x4 not 2x4, the sheet rock is 3/8 instead of 5/8. The water heater was 30 gal for a 4 bedroom home. I'm not sure what ton it takes to heat and cool a 2400 sg ft home but I'm certain this one is way undersized.
