Dr. Pritchard is the best in Waco. He has taken care of our family for years and always does the most professional job. In addition he cares about you and your family. I hope he never retires. I cannot say enough good things about him. I just recently, yesterday, had a tooth extracted and he did a great job. I am up and about with no pain. You will not regret using him. Edward McElyea

Had a dental surgery today to remove a tooth that was on its last leg (or root, rather)... Dr Pritchard and his staff are amazing!!! They didn't even charge me for the super cool, panoramic, 3-D, pre-op x-ray. After insurance I only paid around 500. Everyone was super nice, and made sure I was comfortable and well informed. My hubby was allowed to be with me up until the surgery, and everything was communicated with him while I was \out\( I had them gas me because I'm a weenie when it comes to cutting open my gums and scraping bone), and y'all.... They sent me home with a tee shirt, goodie bag, and a rose! Imagine coming to and there is someone waiting for you with a gorgeous flower first thing. Then to top it off, Dr Pritchard called me himself to check on me this evening! If you need anything major done for dental you should definitely check them out!

I had a great experience. I had a tooth pulled and was asleep before I knew it. I had no pain after, and I usually do with other procedures. The entire staff was great. Recovery was great and they give goody bags!!! Hope I never have to have another procedure like that, that would mean I lose another tooth, but this is where I’d go! Since I was new to the area, the staff gave me referrals to other doctors. If there was a higher star rating I would give it to this fantastic group!! Thanks y’all

I called their office as my Baylor daughter got her wisdom teeth pulled up in IL and wanted a place just in case. They were so nice and said the Dr. will always see kids (for no charge) as a follow up. That tells you what kind of place this is. Makes a parent feel better so hoping she doesn't have to call but if she does, I feel really good about this place. - updated, my daughter did multiple followups, had an infection and they took care of her just like any of their patients. I called to offer to pay and was told that's ok we are glad to help. What a wonderful place! Please use them.
