I was so impressed with the service I received from Waconia Comfort, especially Anthony, who came to our home to inspect our gas fireplace which wasn't working. We received notice when he was 10-15 minutes from arrival. He wore booties and brought a blanket to work on so our home remained neat. He thoroughly cleaned our fireplace and it's working better than ever! Thank you Waconia Comfort - you have return customers!

First class organization. Mitch took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I wanted what I think I wanted. I really felt he gave me personal and professional service. He answered a lot of questions and asked a lot of questions. Very happy now almost a year after install and so happy I went with them. I tried another larger contractor before and I felt I wasn’t worth their time and basically told to “get in line.” Waconia comfort treats you like you are their only customer. Highly recommend!!!!!

They were honest and upfront on my service call that my system wasn't worth servicing. It was aging and would cost as much to repair as it would to replace. I did my due diligence and got several quotes - including an installer I am biased towards as I've used them before and had a great experience. However - Waconia comfort came back with a better package at a better price. Tim took the time to discuss with me my options, advantages/disadvantages on various models, technologies, etc. In the end - Waconia Comfort was offering better service before the sale (and later found out after the sale as well) with better equipment and a better price than the competition. Seemed like a win win. The new system has been running for over a month and I have zero complaints about it. It does what it should and was the best option for our house.

Had them come out to look over air conditioner as the temp in the house was 4 degrees off. Came out checked over everything paid 135. Didn’t fix problem had tech come out again didn’t check over anything. Talked with manager and he didn’t show any interest in coming out. Had to call another company to fix the problem. Found out we needed a new thermostat. Very disappointed in Waconia Comfort as they have done all our work in the past and our fireplace. As we never asked for tune up the tech felt that that would fix the problem. We took the recommendation from tech and problem wasn’t fixed.
