One star is way to good, beware they will try to rip you off. I order stripes for my car, I was sent the wrong shade of color, the price was 140.00 I sent them back the next day. I received a nasty email telling me it was my fault that they sent me the wrong color, and I would have to pay shipping costs, and a restocking fee. Now mind you the cost of the stripes where 140.00, a 15% restocking fee was 21 shipping cost from AZ. TO N.Y. could not cost much for decal racing stripes for a mustang. The email read I Should keep the stripes because i will not get much of a refund between the 21 restocking fee, and the shipping costs. Tell me there not trying to rip people off. I saved there emails, and i am letting Amazon handle it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Please read his response, this is exactly how he treats customers by calling them names after he gets caught stealing from them. His response says it all PLEASE STAY AWAY!

I ordered some control panel plates for a miller bobcat 225g welder. This was for a customer of mine. The plates arrived within good time. I will say the print/engraving of the plates quality wise was very good as you can see by the pictures. The old plates we completely useless. When i got the new plates in, I noticed that the plates did not line up with the mounting holes and control holes. I did contract them about this and I was informed that there are many variations and that I have a different variation that what they had on file for their templates.I was also informed that if I would send them the old plates they would restore them. I can understand about the different variations to a certain degree. Being a mechanic I am very familiar with how different variations can be from one vehicle to the next. Its very similar to how RPO codes work on vehicles. I would greatly wished this information was passed along to me during the ordering process or after the order was received prior to manufacturing. I am unable to use this product for my customer (well former customer now) I am not here to air out my business relations. I do want this to be a buyer beware. If you are going to order welder control panel plates from here you need to make sure you get in contact with them prior to the order and get all the information you will need to them so you can avoid this issue. I thought that just supplying the model number and serial number would have sufficed however I was wrong. I have given a good review because i know how hard online reviews can damage a business. Please don't make a hastily purchase just because the picture looks right.

Had some stripes added to my GT350 about a year and half ago, and they are still like new. A friend gave me a business card to the Decal Shopp, who was pleased with the stripes to his Mustang. I ordered decals and they came in damaged. I sent clear photos of it being unboxed and installed. Its called tunneling, due to the item being on the shelf for a long period of time. I emailed the decal shoppe email and was responded to by a "Liz" who replied not only by being rude and telling my that my installer and I do not know what we are talking about, but by saying she's not willing to give me a replacement decal which is all I asked for. Improfessional and terrible customer service. Please don't waste your time nor money with this low grade product.
