You know you break down you expect tow trucks folks to be nice. These are not. Not helpful in the least. Shameful. I'd find another. Get real... Some find another tow truck company. Done.
I had a great experience when my box truck broke down. They assisted on getting it off the highway and allowed a mobile mechanic to fix it on there premises. Desk personnel was friendly and offered a number to a truck mechanic that got the job done.
They went above and beyond to help me with my daughters car. Cant thank them enough.
the lake station police took my car said i couldn't get it back Then sent me a lien notice saying pay this or we will destroy the car in question all in all they just want money and they dont care how they get it in my eyes they stealing cars
