Gone in there on multiple occasions to buy accessories and even was keen to buy a CBR500. However the salesman was either not interested (told me they don't stock products, when I've seen them in there on many times and was not interested to look at what was in stock, or talked me out of buying the Cbr500, I was interested in and tried to sell me a completely different style of bike. On a positive, the service department (can't remember the woman's name) has provided great service and communication when I had my bike (purchased elsewhere) in to be looked at.

called store to order parts on the 11th feb the person who took call was professional took parts details and my name and number and said part people were short staffed and would get 1 to call me back as to date 7 days later no call back i tried to support local business
