We had a Tesla Model X repaired from a Deer Hit. Assessment was literally in 30 minutes and ordered parts that day. It needed a new hood and front bumper along with a ton of small parts. They ordered everything before I dropped it off because it was very drivable. That took a couple weeks. Once dropped off they missed a couple parts and they warned me that could happen. Extra parts took another week. They didn't have to blend the Midnight Silver color. Price was VERY reasonable. The car was kept inside the whole time, which was important to me. Battery level was almost exactly what I left it off at. They disconnect main battery while in service. Two weeks while I drove it, and 2.5 weeks in the shop. I heard horror stories with Tesla's and this was pretty darn smooth and stress free. Communication was also great for the whole thing.

From the moment I chose Wagner to work on my Tesla vehicle to the moment I picked it up they delivered. I had constant communication with them when I needed it. Also I was very happy to hear there was a local body shop that was Tesla certified. The closest Tesla dealer isnt too close to me. I am pleased to say that everything looks great and the body work that they performed made it so I couldnt even tell there was a problem. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and informative. Absolutely fantastic from the first time I called all the way to the end of service! I couldn't be happier with the service I received - even when the insurance company wanted to replace my bumper with an aftermarket bumper, Matt went above and beyond to get me an OEM bumper. They even had the car detailed for me and ready when they said it would be. Everything was easy, they communicated updates and changes great, and my Audi looked brand new when I picked it up.
