I have been a customer of Wagner's for over a decade. They are the best company I have had serving the home I have been in for 31 years. The great service starts with their friendly and competent receptionist Chris. She is the hub of the company and makes sure your appointments are taken care of and keeps you up to date on the arrival of their service representative. I have been very happy with Beethova who has kept my air conditioner running smoothly. Last week during a bad heat wave my air conditioner stopped working. I called Chris and she called Beethova, he was 30 miles away. He came right away. Within 2 and a half hours from the call to Chris, Beethova had my air conditioner repaired. NOW THAT IS FANTASTIC SERVICE! I am in a wheelchair due to a recent broken hip, have an ageing dog. I dont think I could have made it to a hotel. They totally saved the day, and I wont forget it. They already had me as a customer for life, this is one of the reasons. Kevin and Jennifer Wagner have a knack for hiring the right people and run a great business.

Ryan and Birt worked like warriors on my parents Air Consitioning system which turned out to be very close to a 12 hour ordeal. From the start - they were courteous, friendly, and had fun personalities which made them working in our residence highly enjoyable. I would recommend these guys and their company purely on their professionalism which represented their business excellently well. Don't look any further for your Air Conditioning and similar needs.
